A single point of contact, ensuring your long term success and growth

Retailers are initially placed onto a higher-level ‘launch support’ program for their first 3 months, where they have dedicated access to their customer success manager, to help iron out any teething issues during the first days of trade. Thereafter, clients have access to a range of support channels for us to quickly and effectively provide solutions to any issues that are experienced. Our support is handled in-house by our own team, all of which have both in-depth knowledge of your software, but also practical experience with real-world retail challenges.

At the core of our customer success philosophy is excellent, efficient and rapid support. This is achieved by making sure your CSM will always be notified of any tickets raised by your company, so that they can directly assist the support team. Once you are moved over to support, our CSM team have a debrief session with our support team to highlight any important business process or functionality specific to your company and software set up.
